Peptide Vial Calculator

About this calculator

Peptide Vial Calculator is a set of single-purpose calculators for reconstituted research peptides. It turns three numbers, the mass in a vial, the liquid added and an amount, into a concentration, a volume, a U-100 syringe reading and the number of amounts in the vial. It is a static site: every calculation runs in the browser and nothing typed into it is sent anywhere.

It is not a medical resource. Nobody on this site is presented as a clinician or reviewer, the site has not tested any product, and it does not recommend amounts, schedules, routes or suppliers. The presets on each page are figures that appear in published and community sources, offered so they do not have to be typed; they are labelled that way wherever they appear.

How the numbers are computed

  • Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mass (mg) / liquid added (mL). mcg/mL is that figure x 1,000.
  • Volume (mL) = amount (mg) / concentration (mg/mL). Amounts entered in mcg are divided by 1,000 first.
  • Syringe reading = volume (mL) x 100, on the U-100 scale where 100 units is 1 mL.
  • Amounts per vial = vial mass / amount. The whole-number figure rounds down.
  • Blends: each component in an amount = amount x (component mg / total vial mg). The ratio is fixed by the vial.

Readings are shown to one decimal below 100 units, concentrations to two decimals and volumes to three. Charts show units to two decimals. The formulas are covered by automated tests that check them against a second, independent implementation and against published reconstitution charts.

Where the setup data comes from

Some peptide pages show the setups entered most often. Those figures come from calculators we operate, which record the setup values entered (vial mass, liquid volume and amount) as daily counts. No names, accounts, IP addresses or session identifiers are stored, and these pages show only an aggregate snapshot.

The current snapshot covers 4,225 calculations from September 29, 2026 to October 18, 2026, including calculations with no peptide attached. A peptide is shown only once it has at least 100 calculations, and a setup only once it has been entered at least 30 times, so no published row rests on a handful of entries. 2 peptides currently meet both thresholds. The snapshot is refreshed by re-running an export script; it is not live.

These numbers describe what people typed into a calculator. They are not a measure of what anyone used, and they say nothing about whether a setup is safe or effective. A calculator's starting values are only counted once someone changes an input, so the setup a calculator opens with is under-counted.

What this site does not do

  • It does not sell anything or link to sellers.
  • It does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • It does not verify what is in any vial. The label is the number every calculation depends on.

Corrections to any figure are welcome; the formulas above are the whole method. See also the privacy page.
