BPC-157 reconstitution calculator
Concentration, draw volume and U-100 units for 5 and 10 mg BPC-157 vials.
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide whose sequence is taken from a protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most widely sold research peptides, almost always in 5 or 10 mg vials, and the amounts described in community sources are in the hundreds of micrograms. At the water volumes that appear most often, that puts the syringe reading between a few units and a few tens of units.
The calculator converts a vial size, a water volume and an amount in mcg or mg into the concentration, the volume in mL, the U-100 reading and the number of amounts the vial holds. The chart further down lists the same figures for the common vial and water combinations.

Results are arithmetic from the three numbers entered. U-100 scale: 100 units = 1 mL. Presets are figures reported in published and community sources, offered as shortcuts, not recommendations. The vial label is the number to trust.
Setups entered by researchers
Not enough BPC-157 calculations have been logged yet to publish a breakdown. A peptide's setups appear here once it passes 100 calculations and a setup has been entered at least 30 times. How the setup data works.

How the BPC-157 numbers are worked out
Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water added: 5 mg in 2 mL is 2,500 mcg/mL, and 10 mg in 2 mL is 5,000 mcg/mL.
The volume for an amount is that amount divided by the concentration, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per mL. 250 mcg from a 5 mg vial at 2 mL is 10 units (0.1 mL); from a 10 mg vial at 2 mL it is 5 units (0.05 mL).
A 10 mg vial with twice the water of a 5 mg vial has the same concentration, so the readings match; the larger vial simply holds twice as many amounts.

BPC-157 calculator questions
How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157 from a 5 mg vial?
With 2 mL of water the vial is 2,500 mcg/mL, so 250 mcg is 10 units (0.1 mL). With 1 mL it is 5 units (0.05 mL), and with 2.5 mL it is 12.5 units (0.125 mL).
How many units is 500 mcg of BPC-157 from a 10 mg vial?
With 2 mL, 10 units (0.1 mL). With 3 mL, 15 units (0.15 mL). With 4 mL, 20 units (0.2 mL).
How many amounts does a BPC-157 vial hold?
Divide the vial mass by the amount. A 5 mg vial holds 20 amounts of 250 mcg; a 10 mg vial holds 20 of 500 mcg or 40 of 250 mcg. The water volume does not change the count.
Is this calculator for BPC-157 capsules or oral products?
No. Capsules and oral solutions are labelled per capsule or per mL and are not reconstituted. This page covers lyophilized vials that have a liquid added.
How is BPC-157 in a blend vial calculated?
In a blend, BPC-157 is only part of the vial's mass, so each blend amount holds BPC-157 in proportion to its share: half of a 1:1 Wolverine vial, one seventh of a 70 mg Glow vial and one eighth of an 80 mg KLOW vial. The blend calculators on this site do that split.
What BPC-157 amounts do community sources report?
Community sources most often describe 250 mcg and 500 mcg, with 750 mcg and 1 mg appearing less often. Published human data are limited. The presets reflect those community-reported figures to save typing; they are not a recommendation.
