Glow blend calculator (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500)

U-100 units and the per-peptide split for 70 mg and 30 mg Glow blend vials.

Glow is a three-peptide blend sold in one lyophilized vial. The version described most often is labelled 50/10/10: 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500, 70 mg in total. An equal-parts 10/10/10 version (30 mg) also appears. Because the ratio is fixed inside the vial, every amount drawn carries all three components in the same proportions; in the 70 mg vial GHK-Cu is about 71% of each draw and BPC-157 and TB-500 about 14% each.

The calculator takes the vial version, the water added and a blend amount, then returns the U-100 reading, the volume in mL, how many of those amounts the vial holds and how many micrograms of each component the amount contains.

Results are arithmetic from the three numbers entered. U-100 scale: 100 units = 1 mL. Presets are figures reported in published and community sources, offered as shortcuts, not recommendations. The vial label is the number to trust.

Setups entered by researchers

Not enough Glow blend calculations have been logged yet to publish a breakdown. A peptide's setups appear here once it passes 100 calculations and a setup has been entered at least 30 times. How the setup data works.

How the Glow blend numbers are worked out

Concentration is the total blend mass divided by the water added. A 70 mg vial with 2 mL is 35.00 mg/mL; a 30 mg vial with 2 mL is 15.00 mg/mL.

The volume for an amount is that amount divided by the concentration, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per mL. 3.5 mg from a 70 mg vial at 2 mL is 10 units (0.1 mL); 1.75 mg at the same concentration is 5 units (0.05 mL).

Each component scales by its share of the vial. A 3.5 mg amount of the 50/10/10 blend holds 2,500 mcg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157 and 500 mcg TB-500. A 1 mg amount of the 10/10/10 blend holds 333 mcg GHK-Cu, 333 mcg BPC-157 and 333 mcg TB-500. The water changes the volume, never the ratio.

Water volumes and mixing steps for this blend are described at more length in a Glow blend reconstitution guide.

Glow blend calculator questions

How many units is 3.5 mg of a 70 mg Glow vial with 2 mL of water?

A 70 mg vial with 2 mL is 35.00 mg/mL, so 3.5 mg is 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 syringe. That amount holds 2,500 mcg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157 and 500 mcg TB-500, and the vial holds 20 amounts of that size.

How many units is 1.75 mg of Glow?

From a 70 mg vial with 2 mL, 5 units (0.05 mL). With 3 mL, 7.5 units (0.075 mL). With 1 mL, 2.5 units (0.025 mL). It holds 1,250 mcg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg BPC-157 and 250 mcg TB-500.

How is the 30 mg 10/10/10 version different?

The three peptides are equal thirds, and the total is smaller, so the same water gives a lower concentration. 30 mg with 2 mL is 15.00 mg/mL, and a 1 mg blend amount is 6.67 units (0.0667 mL) holding about 333 mcg GHK-Cu, 333 mcg BPC-157 and 333 mcg TB-500. Check the label to see which version a vial is.

How is Glow different from KLOW?

KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV, and is usually 80 mg labelled 50/10/10/10. A Glow vial has no KPV and a different total, so a reading worked out for one blend does not carry over to the other. KLOW has its own calculator on this site.

Can the components in a Glow vial be measured separately?

No. Once the blend is in one vial the three peptides are drawn together at the printed ratio. Changing one independently is only possible with separate single-peptide vials.

What Glow amounts do community sources report?

For the 70 mg vial, community sources most often describe 1.75 mg and 3.5 mg of total blend; for the 10/10/10 version, 500 mcg and 1 mg. The presets reflect those figures to save typing; they are not a recommendation.
