KLOW blend calculator
Syringe units, draw volume and the per-peptide split for an 80 mg KLOW vial.
KLOW is sold as a single lyophilized vial holding four peptides at a fixed ratio, usually labelled 50/10/10/10: 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, 80 mg in total. Because the ratio is locked inside the vial, any amount drawn carries all four components in the same proportion. GHK-Cu makes up 62.5% of every draw and each of the other three makes up 12.5%.
The calculator below takes the bacteriostatic water added and a blend amount, then returns the U-100 syringe reading, the volume in mL, how many of those amounts the vial holds, and how many micrograms of each component that amount contains.

Presets are figures reported in published and community sources, offered as shortcuts, not recommendations. The vial label is the number to trust.
Most common setups entered by researchers
1,341 KLOW calculations, October 10, 2026 to October 18, 2026. The setup entered most often was 80 mg with 3 mL and an amount of 2 mg (39.8% of all KLOW calculations).

How the KLOW numbers are worked out
Concentration is the total blend mass divided by the water added. With 3 mL in an 80 mg vial that is 26.67 mg/mL; with 2 mL it is 40.00 mg/mL.
The volume for an amount is that amount divided by the concentration, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per mL. A 2 mg blend amount at 3 mL works out to 7.5 units (0.075 mL); at 2 mL it is 5 units (0.05 mL).
Each component scales by its share of the vial. In a 2 mg blend amount, GHK-Cu is 2 x 50/80 = 1.25 mg (1,250 mcg) and BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are 2 x 10/80 = 0.25 mg (250 mcg) each. Adding more or less water changes the volume, never the ratio.
For a tool that only does KLOW, there is also a KLOW-specific calculator with component breakdowns.
KLOW calculator questions
How many units is 2 mg of KLOW with 3 mL of water?
An 80 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water is 26.67 mg/mL. A 2 mg amount at that concentration is 7.5 units (0.075 mL) on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 40 amounts of that size.
How many units is 2 mg of KLOW with 2 mL of water?
With 2 mL the vial is 40.00 mg/mL, so 2 mg is 5 units (0.05 mL). Less water means a smaller volume for the same amount.
How much GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV is in one KLOW draw?
It depends only on the blend amount, not on the water. Each component is the blend amount times its share of the 80 mg vial: GHK-Cu 62.5%, and BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV 12.5% each. A 1 mg blend amount holds 625 mcg GHK-Cu and 125 mcg of each of the others.
Can the components in a KLOW vial be measured separately?
No. Once the blend is in one vial the components are drawn together at the 50/10/10/10 ratio. Changing one component independently is only possible with separate single-peptide vials.
What if a KLOW vial is labelled differently from 50/10/10/10?
The calculator assumes the common 80 mg, 50/10/10/10 vial. A vial with a different total or ratio gives different concentrations and component amounts, so the label on the vial is the number that matters.
Where do the 1, 2 and 4 mg presets come from?
They are blend amounts that appear in community-reported KLOW protocols and on the main calculators the setup data comes from. They are included to save typing, not as a recommendation, and any other amount can be entered.
