CJC-1295 + ipamorelin blend calculator
U-100 units and the per-peptide split for a 5 mg / 5 mg CJC-1295 + ipamorelin vial.
CJC-1295 without DAC and ipamorelin are often sold premixed in one vial, most commonly 5 mg of each for 10 mg in total. Equal parts mean every amount drawn is split evenly between the two, so a 500 mcg blend amount holds 250 mcg of each.
The calculator returns the U-100 reading and volume for a blend amount, how many amounts the vial holds and the mcg of each peptide in it. Vials with a different total can be entered as a custom size; the calculator keeps the 1:1 ratio.

Results are arithmetic from the three numbers entered. U-100 scale: 100 units = 1 mL. Presets are figures reported in published and community sources, offered as shortcuts, not recommendations. The vial label is the number to trust.
Setups entered by researchers
Not enough CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin calculations have been logged yet to publish a breakdown. A peptide's setups appear here once it passes 100 calculations and a setup has been entered at least 30 times. How the setup data works.

How the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin numbers are worked out
Concentration is the total blend mass divided by the water: 10 mg with 2 mL is 5.00 mg/mL of blend, which is 2.5 mg/mL of each peptide.
Volume is the blend amount divided by the concentration, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per mL. A 500 mcg blend amount at 2 mL is 10 units (0.1 mL).
Each peptide is half of whatever blend amount is entered, because the vial is 1:1.
How this pairing is described in research and community sources is covered in a CJC-1295 + ipamorelin research guide.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin calculator questions
How many units is 250 mcg of each peptide from a 5/5 mg vial?
250 mcg of each is a 500 mcg blend amount. With 2 mL of water the vial is 5.00 mg/mL, so that is 10 units (0.1 mL). With 3 mL it is 15 units (0.15 mL).
How many amounts does a 5/5 mg vial hold?
At 500 mcg of blend per amount, 20. At 400 mcg, 25. The water volume does not change the count, only the volume of each amount.
What if the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin come in separate vials?
Then each vial is its own single-peptide calculation, and the two volumes are added if drawn into one syringe. A 5 mg vial of either with 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL, so 250 mcg of each is 10 units from each vial, 20 units combined.
Is CJC-1295 with DAC calculated the same way?
The arithmetic is identical: vial mass divided by water gives the concentration. The amounts reported for the DAC version are very different, though, so the presets on this page do not apply to it.
What blend amounts do community sources report?
Community-reported amounts for the premixed vial are mostly 100 to 300 mcg of each peptide, which is 200 to 600 mcg of blend. The presets reflect those figures and are not a recommendation.
